Beschreibung

• Support the Sr. Director in planning, executing, and ensuring the success of domestic and international corporate hospitality and experiential programs • Manage tactical and operational details of high-touch programs • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners across complex, multi-market engagements • Manage accommodations, accreditation, transportation, ticketing, hospitality venues, food and beverage, entertainment, gifting, staffing, and guest communications • Provide client recommendations and develop executive-level presentations and communications • Translate sponsorship rights and assets into meaningful hospitality and guest experiences • Manage budgets across markets and currencies, forecast, track expenses, reconcile invoices, and maintain clear reporting • Maintain timelines, workback schedules, and action items across multiple workstreams • Troubleshoot challenges, make sound decisions, and keep programs on track • Mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional partners, lead onsite staff, and manage vendors and suppliers • Travel domestically and internationally for site inspections, client meetings, and onsite program execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience planning and executing high-touch corporate hospitality programs across domestic and international markets • Experience managing accommodations, accreditation, transportation, ticketing, hospitality venues, food and beverage, entertainment, gifting, staffing, guest communications, and other operational details across complex and overlapping timelines • Ability to build trusted client relationships and engage with senior-level stakeholders • Ability to provide recommendations and develop executive-level presentations and communications • Sophisticated understanding of sponsorship platforms and high-value asset utilization • Experience translating sponsorship rights and assets into hospitality and guest experiences • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets across markets and currencies, forecasting, tracking expenses, reconciling invoices, and maintaining clear reporting • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, detailed workback schedules, multiple workstreams, and deadlines • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift • Ability to assess challenges quickly, make sound decisions, and keep programs on track • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional partners, lead onsite staff, and manage vendors and suppliers • High standards for quality and attention to detail • Knowledge of trends across hospitality, events, sponsorship, and guest experience • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Comfortable using project management and other technology platforms • Experience managing high-value corporate hospitality programs, sponsorship assets, guest experiences, or comparable premium events • Open and able to travel domestically and internationally for site inspections, client meetings, and onsite program execution • Ability to work extended periods of travel, remotely from host cities, and with flexible availability during nights, weekends, and holidays
