Beschreibung

• Design across formats including social, web, email, campaigns, and print • Turn concepts into polished, production-ready work • Partner with Art Directors, Designers, and copywriters to build smart, effective creative • Work closely with strategy and marketing teams to make sure creative aligns with goals • Help maintain and evolve brand systems across channels • Present your work clearly and explain the “why” behind it • Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details • Be curious–bring new ideas, trends, and tools to the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus) • A strong portfolio that shows us how you think, not just how things look • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Understanding of digital design (social, email, responsive web, UI/UX basics) • Bonus: motion design or experience with AI creative tools
