Beschreibung

• Own the global growth agenda for Accounting & Tax, including revenue, win rate, retention, and expansion • Serve as the senior client-facing product authority for Accounting & Tax in strategic engagements, pitches, decisions, and escalations • Partner with Revenue and Sales to qualify opportunities, shape scope and pricing, and convert or expand accounts • Define packaging, bundling, premiums, pricing guardrails, and other commercial logic • Own global scope, service definitions, execution standards, SLAs, and compliance expectations • Translate market trends and customer demands into service design, product roadmap, and delivery-model choices • Set the global operating model and process standards; approve processes, SOPs, and control frameworks • Direct the Global Process Manager on process design, standardisation, controls, and scalability • Support enterprise AI direction and adoption within Accounting & Tax • Own cost-to-serve, productivity, efficiency, margin, and long-term economic sustainability • Lead Regional Product Owners and Outsourcing Control leads, holding them accountable for delivery outcomes and economics • Build product, commercial, and delivery capability across the global Accounting & Tax team • Govern product scope, service tiers, commercial changes, catalogue mapping, SKU registration, and pricing alignment • Set the global compliance posture across IFRS, local GAAP, tax legislation, and statutory reporting • Ensure internal controls and regulatory adherence across every jurisdiction served • Engage with internal and external audit on product-level matters • Collaborate with the Chief Delivery Officer, peer Global Product Owners, Revenue, Technology, and Delivery enabling functions • Represent Accounting & Tax in cross-functional and executive forums • Drive performance across revenue growth, win rate, retention, NRR, margin, cost-to-serve, SLA attainment, quality, and NPS

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance operations • At least 5 years owning a product, service line, or regional/global function end to end • Managing Director-level leadership experience • Track record of driving revenue, win rate, retention, and expansion • Experience running a service-line P&L, including cost-to-serve, productivity, margin, and pricing logic • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax legislation, and statutory reporting across multiple regions • Experience designing service standards, commercial logic, packaging, bundling, premiums, and pricing frameworks • Strong client-facing and business-development capability • Experience leading senior delivery and product leaders across multiple regions • Deep market awareness and ability to shape services based on trends and customer demand • Process-oriented mindset with experience establishing global standards • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and unit economics • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder-management skills • Proficiency in Xero and other ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent • Comfort with AI-assisted tools and automation • Preferred: CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification • Preferred: experience as a product/service-line head in global outsourced accounting, corporate services, Big Four advisory, or managed services • Preferred: experience leading a P&L turnaround, transformation, or in-housing programme • Experience operating in an EoR, PEO, or global business services environment
