Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual effort in end-user onboarding for applications that are not Active Directory-integrated • Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes for applications that lack RBAC or modern identity interfaces • Develop and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts to replicate and improve manual access workflows • Build and support robotic process automation solutions for repetitive, human-driven application onboarding tasks • Identify, analyze, and document manual onboarding processes to determine automation opportunities • Collaborate with IAM, application, and infrastructure teams to align automation with security and operational requirements • Ensure automated processes are auditable, repeatable, and compliant with access governance standards • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for reliability and accuracy • Create and maintain technical documentation for automation scripts, RPA workflows, and onboarding processes • Evaluate new automation technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and scalability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree • 5+ years in IAM engineering, architecture, or equivalent roles required • Experience with identity governance and access controls • Experience automating end-user onboarding for non-Active Directory-integrated applications • Experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning automation • Proficiency developing scripts using PowerShell and Python • Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) • Knowledge of RBAC and modern identity interfaces • Ability to ensure processes are auditable, repeatable, and compliant with access governance standards • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows • Experience creating technical documentation for scripts, RPA workflows, and onboarding processes
