Beschreibung

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex backend systems using Elixir • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level engineers • Drive technical excellence by ensuring adherence to coding standards and design principles • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions in Elixir • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to automate processes • Define and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in both Elixir and Cloud/DevOps landscape • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance • Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a primary focus on Elixir and functional programming • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable backend systems using Elixir • Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform • Experience managing containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and fault tolerance • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning and improvement • Contributions to the Elixir community or open-source projects are a plus.
