Beschreibung

• Create, update, and maintain structured grant calendars for assigned nonprofit clients • Monitor internal target dates and buffers to keep writers, administrators, and clients on track • Access funder portals and application software to extract application questions, word limits, formatting rules, and required attachments • Format extracted questions into standardized templates for Grant Writers • Set up client login credentials and basic profile information on external portals • Input completed, client-approved narrative content into funder portals • Gather, format, and attach nonprofit supporting documents such as financial statements, tax forms, and board lists • Verify all form fields are complete and contain no placeholder text, highlights, or missing answers • Proofread and check formatting, coherence, and logical flow within portal interfaces • Confirm narrative answers match portal fields and comply with character and word limits • Flag technical discrepancies or missing information that could delay submission • Execute final electronic grant submissions after approvals are cleared • Record submissions, capture confirmation receipts, and update task statuses in AgentPro to trigger customer notifications • Meet KPIs for on-time submissions, zero submission errors, and accurate client grant calendars

🎯 Anforderungen

• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data entry roles • Recent graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome • Exceptional precision in data entry, copy-pasting, and proofreading • Ability to spot formatting errors, broken links, and incomplete fields • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain calendars • Proactive approach to avoiding last-minute delays • Comfort navigating software platforms, web portals, forms, and cloud-based databases such as Notion, Google Workspace, and CRMs • Strong basic written English skills • No prior grant writing experience required • Experience in adjacent administrative roles such as Proposal or RFP Coordinator, Bid or Tender Administrator, Loan Processing Assistant, Admissions/Intake Coordinator, or Junior Operations Coordinator is applicable
