Beschreibung

• Develop tooling for cloud integrations and observability apps • Develop, maintain, and scale infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud • Ship features end to end across UI, backend services, dashboards, and alerts • Work across the React, Go, and Jsonnet stack as needed • Own projects from problem statement through production, including user feedback and outcome validation • Write design proposals and run demos • Represent the team's roadmap in cross-team discussions • Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy • Participate in the on-call rotation for owned services • Collaborate through video calls and written documentation across time zones

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must be based in the US or Canada and work EST time zone • Experience on both backend and frontend development • Experience with Go and TypeScript, or comparable languages • Fluency with AI-assisted development, coding agents, and LLM tooling • Working knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting, and production operations • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment • Strong communication skills • Bonus: Open Source contribution experience with successful pull requests and community collaboration • Bonus: Developer tooling experience with a large user base • Bonus: Grafana plugins, apps, or dashboards experience • Bonus: Familiarity with Grafana Alloy or OpenTelemetry Collector • Bonus: Jsonnet or another configuration-as-code language • Bonus: On-call experience for instrumented systems
