Beschreibung

• Develop a vision and strategy for the product domain • Own the product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research • Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning product goals • Be the primary advocate and expert in your area • Communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively to external customers and internal stakeholders • Facilitate free flow of information across teams and be technically proficient in representing products to customers. • Define how customers write, run, and act on performance tests • Integrate test results with Grafana Cloud’s metrics, logs, and traces • Evolve performance testing across modalities such as protocol, browser, and mobile • Ensure Performance Testing is integrated into the broader Grafana Cloud suite

🎯 Anforderungen

• A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in Product Management • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product • Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts • Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams • Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Bonus Points: Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies • Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers • Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms • Experience with AI tools.
