Beschreibung

• Partner with Grainger customers across industries • Conduct hazard and risk assessments to identify customer needs and opportunities to improve programs • Design solutions using Grainger products, services, and resources to reduce hazards and risks • Collaborate with the aligned Grainger sales team to develop strategies for target customers across a territory • Assess customer facilities to identify hazards and potential risks • Engage internal and external resources to solve customer EHS challenges • Create risk-ranked implementation plans based on probability and severity of potential risks • Validate that proposed and implemented solutions resolve customer business challenges • Leverage post-implementation success to identify future customer needs • Stay informed about safety regulations and industry trends and share information with customers • Educate customers on technology and innovation affecting their business • Establish and maintain customer and business partner relationships • Expand customer understanding and use of Grainger's standard products and services • Report to the Senior Manager, Safety

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, including Safety, Environmental Science, or Public Health, required • 3+ years of Environmental Health and Safety industry experience required • Experience conducting workplace safety assessments, hazard mitigation, and improving compliance • Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental practices and OSHA regulations • Experience consulting on safety and managing safety programs • Experience managing projects and collaborating to achieve goals • CSP certification preferred
