Beschreibung

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls while educating travelers on GCC's international trip packages • Maintain a high level of customer service and sales throughout each call • Achieve a high conversion rate, targeting over 70% of calls into confirmed bookings • Upsell trip extensions, travel protection plans, airline bookings, and upgrades • Confirm customer reservations and document necessary contact information in GCC programs • Reserve airline tickets using the Amadeus code-based software • Document customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs during calls • Work efficiently across 5-7 programs and 3 screens to handle and resolve calls • Complete the full sales process in one conversation and customize travelers' journeys

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-5 years of sales experience in a call center environment handling inbound and outbound sales calls • Experience upselling additional products or services to the original package • 1+ year of remote work experience • Preference for experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, or luxury/high-ticket sales • Must have hardwired internet; Wi-Fi cannot be used • Recommended internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload • Ability to complete seven weeks of training Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET • Ability to work the specified first production schedules for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts
