Beschreibung

• Own and support software delivery activities, including build, deployment, release, and environment management across applications and infrastructure environments • Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, securing, and deploying applications • Provision, configure, and maintain cloud and hosted infrastructure using automation and infrastructure as code • Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis • Monitor system health, logs, and telemetry and improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency • Standardize engineering practices, reusable automation, deployment patterns, and operational runbooks • Collaborate with engineering, support, operations, and security teams • Apply security, compliance, and operational standards and identify opportunities to reduce risk • Participate in operational support and rotational on-call activities • Provide guidance to junior engineers through knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical collaboration • Apply AI tools, MCP tools, and AIOps practices to improve triage, diagnostics, automation, and engineering workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident • FBI Background Check Required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related engineering discipline • Working knowledge of CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, cloud operations, release management, and system reliability • Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration, scripting, source control, cloud platforms, and production or pre-production troubleshooting • Practical experience with containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and operational support processes • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects and manage competing priorities • Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across technical teams • Accountability, sound judgment, attention to detail, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly • Curiosity about responsible AI use in infrastructure engineering • Interest in developing, extending, and using MCP tools and APIs • Familiarity with AIOps concepts including alert correlation, anomaly detection, event enrichment, and assisted root cause analysis • Initiative to build AI-driven scripts and automate operational tasks • Experience or willingness to learn Python or similar languages for operational tools • Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call support model • Adherence to security, privacy, compliance, and operational standards
