Beschreibung

• Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products • Define program goals, timelines, and success criteria • Coordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners • Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release decisions • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning • Track and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption • Support validation that new releases continue to perform as expected across existing functionality • Serve as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation • Facilitate regular check ins focused on readiness, risks, and launch coordination • Provide clear visibility into early adoption outcomes and readiness status

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership • Experience working cross functionally with technical and customer facing teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Experience with AI, data driven, or SaaS products • Background in B2B or public sector technology • Experience running beta, pilot, or early access programs
