Beschreibung

• Act as a business partner overseeing the financial operations of multiple television stations • Preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, financial statements, fixed asset reporting, financial analysis, and annual budget preparation • Work with the station General Manager and department heads on weekly revenue and expense forecasting • Input Forecast information into IBM Planning Analytics • Work with station staff and Shared Services staff on AR and AP issues • Review and approve all Accounts Payable invoices and New Vendors • Work with the station on all capital projects • Prepare and input all journal entries for the month-end close for each market • Prepare Sales Commissions for station Media Executives • Prepare, monitor, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial data for each market • Prepare Annual Budget for each market • Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of proper accounting methods, policies & procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must have previous accounting experience; Accounting or related degree required; CPA preferred • Qualified applicants must have strong technical & analytical skills • Must have the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-financial users with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must possess strong computer skills for a variety of computer applications, including proficiency in Excel • Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
