Beschreibung

• Lead the entire product design process from initial concept to final execution, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design • Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and design the next generation of our product • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure that the product maintains consistency with the brand’s overall aesthetic and tone • Improve upon and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product is intuitive and delightful to use • Take the initiative in proposing and driving design improvements without needing daily guidance; you will be the go-to expert for all product design decisions • Stay informed of industry trends, particularly within B2B and customer verification, ensuring our product design stays modern and competitive

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably at a startup or fast-paced environment • Proven expertise in designing B2B products with complex workflows, ideally in the customer verification or fraud prevention space • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can autonomously manage design projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, user-centered designs, and real-world product impact • Proficiency in design, prototyping, and building design systems using Figma • Excellent communication skills, able to present design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members • Ability to work cross-functionally with the product team, developers, and the Creative Director to ensure alignment with broader business goals • Strong experience with UX/UI design principles, user research, and designing for web and mobile platforms
