Beschreibung

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products. • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. • Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience. • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. • Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices. • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products. • Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello). • Passion for technology and innovation with a customer-first mindset.
