Beschreibung

• Identify and research potential podcast guests • Coordinate with Partnership Executives and business partners to schedule podcast recordings • Manage podcast follow-up, thank-you gifts, transcripts, introductions, supporting copy, video submissions, revisions, approvals, and publishing • Identify short-form clips and partner testimonials from existing content • Write video descriptions, captions, podcast introductions, Partner Highlight scripts, Business Fundamentals Wednesday scripts, Product Highlight scripts, and other marketing scripts • Organize and submit video scripts and recordings for filming and editing • Coordinate video revisions and review completed videos for accuracy, grammar, spelling, captions, and quality • Coordinate and publish content across company social media platforms • Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule and repurpose long-form content into short-form content • Develop monthly newsletter topics and write newsletters, emails, partner communications, recaps, follow-ups, and product email campaigns • Work with the email marketing team to develop and finalize templates • Research products, resources, and marketing opportunities • Help develop marketing products, workflows, processes, and automation documentation • Coordinate with graphic designers to turn concepts into marketing materials • Communicate with business partners and internal Partnership Executives by phone and email • Perform quality-control reviews of marketing materials and listing-related posts • Coordinate corrections and ensure approved content is published on schedule • Proactively track projects from idea through completion and communicate next steps

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent written and spoken English • Natural writing ability for a professional U.S. audience • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to U.S.-based professionals • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills • Highly organized and able to manage many projects simultaneously • Ability to take a project from initial idea through execution • Self-directed and able to complete assigned work without constant reminders • Comfortable following established processes and identifying process improvements • Excellent attention to detail • Effective communication with executives, sales professionals, marketing teams, graphic designers, video editors, and developers • Comfortable learning new software and technology • Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn information into useful marketing content • Preferred experience with social media management, content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, podcast coordination, video production coordination, short-form video content, Canva or similar design platforms, CRM systems, project management software, AI tools such as ChatGPT, email marketing platforms, working with graphic designers and video editors, marketing automation, and real estate or professional services marketing
