Beschreibung

• Identify and research potential podcast guests • Coordinate with Partnership Executives and business partners to schedule podcast recordings • Manage podcast scheduling, follow-up, thank-you gifts, transcripts, introductions, supporting copy, video submissions, revisions, approvals, and publishing • Identify short-form clips and partner testimonials from existing content • Write video descriptions, captions, marketing copy, and multiple types of scripts • Coordinate weekly Partner Highlight, Business Fundamentals Wednesday, Product Highlight, and additional short-form marketing scripts • Organize scripts and recordings for video production • Coordinate with filming and editing teams and review completed videos for accuracy, grammar, spelling, captions, and quality • Coordinate and publish content across company social media platforms • Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule and repurpose long-form content into short-form content • Develop monthly newsletter topics and write newsletter, email, partner communication, recap, follow-up, and campaign content • Assist with email campaigns for new products and platforms, including the Home Wealth platform • Research products, resources, and marketing opportunities for business partners • Help develop marketing product concepts and coordinate with graphic designers • Document product delivery, automation workflows, and repeatable processes • Communicate directly with business partners and internal Partnership Executives by phone and email • Coordinate Partner Connection communications, video content, recap emails, and follow-up communications • Perform quality-control reviews of marketing materials and listing-related posts • Identify errors and coordinate corrections before publication • Ensure approved content is published according to schedule

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to write naturally for a professional U.S. audience • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to U.S.-based professionals • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills • Highly organized and able to manage many projects simultaneously • Ability to take a project from initial idea through execution • Ability to complete assigned work without constant reminders • Comfortable following established processes and identifying process improvements • Excellent attention to detail • Effective communication with executives, sales professionals, marketing teams, graphic designers, video editors, and developers • Comfortable learning new software and technology • Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn information into useful marketing content • Preferred experience with social media management, content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, podcast coordination, video production coordination, short-form video content, Canva or similar design platforms, CRM systems, project management software, AI tools such as ChatGPT, email marketing platforms, working with graphic designers and video editors, marketing automation, and real estate or professional services marketing • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
