Beschreibung

• High-Complexity Development: Technically lead the implementation of high-complexity and high-criticality features and solutions within the Finance GB domain, acting as the squad’s primary hands-on executor. • Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and secure code, actively participate in code review rituals, and ensure adequate coverage of unit, integration, and regression tests for developed features. • Information Security: Apply Information Security policies (Security by Design) throughout the development lifecycle, perform risk analyses, and ensure solutions comply with internal and regulatory guidelines. • Production Support: Serve as a technical reference for supporting the product in production, leading the investigation and resolution of high-complexity incidents and problems (troubleshooting) to ensure system stability and availability. • Optimization and Performance: Conduct collection and analysis of performance metrics using observability tools (tracing, logs) to identify bottlenecks and propose/implement solutions that optimize system efficiency and scalability. • Architectural Collaboration: Actively collaborate with Specialists and Tech Leads in planning and architectural design of solutions, focusing on technical feasibility, sustainability, and maintainability. • Innovation and AI: Explore and deploy technological innovations that add value to Finance GB products and processes, including applying Artificial Intelligence concepts to improve the efficiency and intelligence of solutions. • Mentorship and Technical Reference: Act as a technical point of reference for the team, actively promoting improvements in code quality, design, and services (informal mentoring for Mid-level and Junior developers). • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring a solid knowledge base is available for consultation and reference.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in backend software engineering, with a track record in Senior roles. • Strong experience developing with C#, .NET, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ (or another message broker). • Deep knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration), SOLID principles, and object-oriented design. • Solid knowledge of cloud computing (GCP/AWS) and microservices architecture. • In-depth knowledge of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and system hardening practices. • Familiarity or experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts, and experience integrating AI models into backend systems. • Proven track record in performance optimization and scalability of transactional applications. Experience and good knowledge of financial processes and solutions. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
