Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain specialized expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, products and markets • Build and manage relationships with clinics, health systems, pharmacies, and public health partners • Demonstrate knowledge of GSK vaccines, competitive products, and GSK promotional strategies and objectives • Use account data and insights to create and execute tailored engagement plans that increase vaccine access and uptake • Provide value to targeted accounts through an appropriate blend of science and service based on account needs • Follow and use the vaccines sales process to engage customers and lead to vaccine purchases • Reinforce the value proposition • Collaborate with Vaccines partners, including PAMs, to help pull through GSK vaccine doses • Serve as a trusted account specialist focused on vaccines • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience or business-to-business sales experience • Ability to travel domestically as necessary • Valid driver’s license • Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle; driving is an essential function of this role • Vaccine product and Buy & Bill experience is a major plus • Previous account management is a strong preference • Previous experience working with vaccines or immunization programs • 2+ years vaccines sales experience • Clinical background such as Nursing (MSN, RN, LPN) or other public healthcare experience • Demonstrated competency of science, business acumen, and customer engagement • Strong account selling skills, including contract negotiations and ability to close a sale at the completion of a transaction
