Beschreibung

• Develop civil engineering and site preparation designs for large-scale renewable energy projects. • Support construction activities by reviewing field conditions, responding to contractor questions, evaluating design adjustments, and helping resolve site challenges. • Apply engineering judgment to develop practical, economical, and constructible solutions while meeting project requirements. • Collaborate with project, structural, electrical, environmental, and construction teams. • Prepare and review grading plans, drainage studies, erosion and sediment control plans, SWPPP documentation, specifications, and related civil deliverables. • Perform site visits to evaluate terrain, drainage patterns, soil conditions, constructability considerations, and overall site development strategy. • Lead discussions with project stakeholders and help drive alignment on technical solutions. • Address challenges related to grading, drainage, erosion control, soil stabilization, and site constructability. • Identify opportunities to improve project cost, quality, schedule, and execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrated capability and legal eligibility to act as the sealing Engineer of Record for civil engineering plans, calculations, specifications, and related design deliverables. • Experience in one or more of the following areas: site development, land development, transportation engineering, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, water resources, or renewable energy projects. • Genuine interest in renewable energy civil design and a desire to apply civil engineering judgment to large-scale site development, construction, drainage, earthwork, and constructability challenges. • Experience developing civil engineering designs and supporting construction activities. • Understanding of grading, drainage, earthwork, stormwater management, and site development fundamentals. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and project support.
