Beschreibung

• Lead BU marketing strategy aligned with critical imperatives and commercial objectives • Create and implement marketing programs using corporate marketing capabilities • Partner with corporate marketing to develop capabilities leveraging digital and AI trends • Define marketing KPIs aligned with BU commercial objectives • Manage, coach and develop product marketing professionals • Collaborate with product management teams in the US, Europe and Asia • Translate product management needs into actionable projects, including new product introductions • Develop product positioning, messaging and input briefs • Guide development of sales collateral, website copy, outbound marketing, presentations and promotions • Coordinate upkeep of digital collateral and assets • Create concepts and outlines for promotional tools, product collateral and sales tools • Collaborate with marketing teams in other business units and share best practices • Liaise with corporate marketing as the business unit expert on customer behavior and target markets • Manage multiple marketing programs and priorities while meeting timelines • Create targeted presentation materials for external and internal use

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience working in B-B marketing • 3+ years of experience working in manufacturing organizations • Experience managing, coaching or developing marketing subordinates • Ability to build relationships with business leaders, product management and marketing resources • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to identify and document key targeting and product positioning details for copy writers • Ability to communicate key marketing frameworks to business unit personnel • Self-motivated and organized to anticipate, plan, prioritize and monitor team workload • Experience in the connector industry and electronic components (preferred) • Experience building, managing and developing supporting teams (preferred) • Knowledge of electronics component sales channels and design engineer behaviors (preferred)
