Beschreibung

• Become the go-to authority on new Guidewire capabilities through hands-on prototyping and configuration • Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams, providing clear communication regarding adoption impacts and GA readiness • Provide expert guidance to early adopters, facilitating a smooth transition to GA • Use AI tools to develop product adoption collateral and documentation for downstream teams • Address adoption barriers and build innovative prototypes using the latest Guidewire App Platform capabilities • Contribute to periodic customer engagements for insights and product iterations • Explore emerging technologies, including AI and LLMs, to influence Guidewire’s product evolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in configuring Guidewire enterprise software solutions for one or more insurance carriers • Deep Industry Expertise in P&C insurance, claims, policy, and/or underwriting required • Technical & Analytical Thinking skills, capable of hands-on configuration or development work on the Guidewire Platform • Prior certifications in Guidewire products required (ACE certification in ClaimCenter and/or PolicyCenter preferred) • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Gosu, Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
