Beschreibung

• Manage inbound service calls from customers • Promote and upsell extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status • Assess customer needs and information to identify and recommend the most appropriate insurance product • Ensure full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties • Handle inbound customer enquiries • Build rapport with customers • Identify sales opportunities • Deliver outstanding customer service that drives results • Work remotely as part of a high-performing contact centre team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous sales experience within a telephone-based sales role • Familiarity with working toward sales targets • Sales experience preferably within an FCA-regulated environment • Must reside within a 70-mile radius of the Warrington offices (WA3 6XG) • Required to attend a 3-day on-site induction at the Training Activation Centre in Warrington • Must complete a full Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment • Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required as part of pre-employment screening
