Beschreibung

• Provide sales support to Treasury Management Sales Specialists in soliciting, implementing, and delivering cash management products • Assist with customer problem resolution for complex treasury systems and serve as an information source after the initial sale • Maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury products, services, and delivery systems • Communicate with clients and prospects to facilitate documentation for selling, setting up, and implementing services • Answer sales calls and address or refer customer inquiries • Perform Sales Specialist functions, including joint calls, product demonstrations, and relationship review calls, as needed • Prepare marketing information packages, proposals, pro formas, and customer presentations • Assist with treasury relationship reviews and account schematics • Review exception pricing deadlines and complete pro forma pricing models and exception pricing forms • Identify sensitive situations, escalate appropriately, and elevate customer issues to support customer satisfaction and retention • Coordinate with Treasury Management, client support, implementation, advocates, account analysis, and other bank areas on required processes and documentation • Represent the Bank in civic, community, and industry activities as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred • 1 year of related experience • Strong communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office programs • Previous cash management experience is a plus • Experience working in a financial institution is a plus • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines • Ability to operate related equipment • Ability to read and interpret documents as required • Ability to travel if required • Ability to lift, move, or carry approximately 10 pounds if required
