Beschreibung

• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Fusion Inventory, Shipping, and Warehouse modules • Design and implement inbound, outbound, and inventory warehouse workflows • Integrate Oracle WMS with XCarrier, Process Weaver, third-party logistics platforms, and warehouse automation systems • Support consolidation and custom box creation processes using tools such as Packsize • Collaborate on Cobot integration and warehouse automation initiatives • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement changes through formal change management • Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage Jira work items • Document solutions and maintain knowledge repositories • Mentor team members on WMS best practices • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Deliver system stability and performance improvements, integrations, enhancements, documentation, knowledge transfer, and governance compliance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Fusion functional consulting or application engineering • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud configuration, setup, and best practices • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Inventory, Shipping, and Warehouse modules • Deep understanding of inbound operations, outbound fulfillment, inventory management, and cycle count processes • Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization • Experience integrating WMS with shipping middleware such as XCarrier and Process Weaver and third-party logistics platforms • Background in consolidation and custom box creation, preferably with Packsize or similar tools • Exposure to Cobot integration and warehouse automation workflows • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with Jira • Exceptional communication skills for business and executive audiences • Adherence to change management processes and organizational governance • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively • Additional success factors include production experience with XCarrier, Cobots, and Packsize; Oracle Cloud/Fusion certifications; healthcare supply-chain familiarity; HIPAA knowledge; enterprise implementations; and data migration experience
