Beschreibung

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery using 3E Project Management tools. • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. • Utilize 3E Project Management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders. • Coordinate project documentation, including project charter, status reports, and meeting notes using 3E Project Management platform. • Monitor and manage projects risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolution. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Project management experience implementing 3E/ law firm finance systems • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools • 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services, and/or clients is ideal or prior experience in the legal software industry. • Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality. • Authorized to work in country of residence without restriction or sponsorship.
