Beschreibung

• Oversee implementations of Health Catalyst’s Activity Based Costing product (PowerCosting) at large health systems and provider organizations • Responsible for the overall project management and success of deployments for the PowerCosting product suite • Interact with the client’s Finance, Operations and Clinical teams on a regular basis throughout the engagement • Provide end-user training and act as the point person for managing software issues and troubleshooting during the implementation of the PowerCosting suite • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the PowerCosting product development team during deployment, tracking issues and logging enhancement requests

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience in a finance, operations and/or cost accounting role within healthcare system or provider organizations • At least 3 years’ program or project management experience • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship building, organization, and time-management skills • Working knowledge of complex cost accounting rules and processes • Proven ability to adjust quickly in a dynamic environment, applying best practices in clinical and agile technology program management • Hands on experience/participation in the implementation of cost accounting system(s) in a healthcare environment, either from the vendor or client perspective
