Beschreibung

• Adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training. • Provides Quality Assurance expertise across the entire software development lifecycle and performs software testing function. • Responsible for following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. • Leading software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising exceptional judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. • Coordinating with the QA Director or QA Manager to implement quality assurance and testing strategies for HSTM software development efforts and processes. • Enforcing adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures. • Collaborating with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script development. • Facilitating the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies. • Leading department level meetings and quality initiatives. • Participating in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire, and onboard candidates for open department positions. • Evaluating new tools, technologies, and methodologies to promote continuous improvement.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS or BA in Computer Science, or MIS • Experience with test automation tooling and frameworks • 3+ years experience with automated test script development • Strong, senior knowledge of software development life cycle and QA processes/methodology • Experience installing, configuring, and operating a multi-tier application in a testing environment preferred • 3-5 years experience using test management/defect tracking tools, familiarity with requirements management tools • Experience generating tables, graphs, charts, etc., to represent, analyze and communicate data and information, and presenting complex issues and data to audiences of varying levels. • Meticulous attention to detail • Process compliance • Flexibility and tolerance for change • Proactive leadership and accountability • Dedication to a culture of learning and innovation • Drive to continuously assess and improve • Problem solving and critical thinking
