Beschreibung

• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple customers, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and quality expectations • Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships • Coordinate delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live • Balance multiple projects at different stages, prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines • Maintain project plans, documentation, and RAID logs for tracking and governance • Support customer testing and implementation activities • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating where required • Engage extensively with customers through virtual meetings and communication channels

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role • Experience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment • Strong communication skills and confidence leading discussions and building client relationships • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to delivery • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to work collaboratively across teams • Genuine interest in delivering great customer outcomes • Must be based in the UK or Ireland • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
