Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain portfolio pipeline/roadmap and opportunity pipeline/funnel • Develop and maintain marketing plan • Develop product-specific targeting and positioning • Execute Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) strategy for product categories • Develop pricing consistent with marketing strategy and brand positioning • Assist in developing new marketing channels and tools • Execute customer-facing activities such as voice of customer (VOC) and customer-centered design (CCD) • Participate in new product development (NPD) with internal and external stakeholders • Oversee packaging design and labeling, ensuring regulatory compliance for domestic and international markets • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap using competitive, customer, and market analysis • Conduct trade research on competitive offerings, clients, pricing, and industry trends • Develop project plans and status reports to monitor projects • Provide ideas and concepts to enhance customer experience and expand product capabilities • Assist in customer advocacy for product and solution designs • Collaborate with development or vendor teams to exceed customer expectations • Monitor, measure, and report key business metrics and identify improvement areas • Serve as a technical and business resource for assigned products • Understand sales and support requirements for assigned products • Visit customers and attend industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficient in project management knowledge and skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite • Experience with product development, project management, sourcing and vendor negotiations • Excellent public presentation skills, internally and externally/customer-facing • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations preferred • Technical background in product development preferred • Knowledge of the Dental market, including the business of dentistry, preferred • Good understanding of industry practices • Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures • Basic planning and organizational skills and techniques • Good decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good presentation and public speaking skills • Good interpersonal skills • Basic conflict resolution skills • Developing professional credibility • Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in applicable professional experience • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline preferred • Travel typically less than 10% • Office environment; no special physical demands required
