Beschreibung

• Grow market share of HME products in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and achieve or exceed sales quota • Develop relationships with clinical, technical, and economic decision makers • Cold call and visit prospects on location • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators • Manage leads and customers within a defined territory • Keep CRM software updated • Educate medical staff on medical device use and benefits • Provide product demonstrations and support • Ensure smooth ordering at new and existing accounts • Maximize account penetration by selling the full product portfolio • Communicate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data for strategy planning and implementation • Support and champion regional sales strategy • Develop and execute a territory business plan • Support, train, and develop sales representatives and sales agents • Oversee and manage multiple territories and associated sales representatives and sales agents

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, or related field required • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required • Experience managing direct reports preferred • Strong sales background with demonstrated performance record • Ability to learn the medical device product platform • Self-starter with independent sales management skills • Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry • Combination of experience and education will be considered • Must be able to work in the Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. territory • Employment eligibility is confirmed through E-Verify after hire
