Beschreibung

• Sponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels • Sourcing + outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline • Negotiation + contracts: rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and compliance • Briefs + approvals: creative direction, messaging, brand safety, review workflow • Deliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, link/UTM setup • Tracking + reporting: performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes • Strong networking and sourcing ability (finding emerging creators before they are expensive) • Excellent negotiation and contract instincts (rates, rights, exclusivity, timelines) • Strong creative briefing skills (clear direction without constraining creators) • Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and how creator content performs in ads • Strong ops + analytics: pipelines, tracking, UTMs, reporting, and learning loops • Good judgment on branding (especially with meme and micro media pages)
