Beschreibung

• Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis • Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development teams • Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements based on technical constraints, data considerations, and system dependencies • Partner with product managers to maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release activities • Assist in validating delivered features against acceptance criteria and business intent • Create, maintain, and manage epics, features, user stories, and defects in Azure DevOps • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team • Facilitate requirements reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to the Director of Product Management • Maintain version-controlled documentation, including BRDs, process maps, and data flow diagrams • Track and report backlog health, requirement completion, and outstanding open items • Contribute to product analytics by helping define KPIs and interpreting usage data • Document data-related requirements, including source systems, data definitions, and reporting considerations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role within a technology-focused organization • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable requirements • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens • Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person • Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and 10-key • Walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions • Preferred: experience with AI • Preferred: exposure to product analytics, customer journey mapping, or UX research • Preferred: background in or familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry • Preferred: experience writing SQL queries or working with data to support analysis • Preferred: working knowledge of database server concepts, including tables, relationships, basic queries, and data validation • Preferred: experience working in a DevOps environment, including boards, backlogs, sprint planning, and reporting
