Beschreibung

• Serve as the focal point for all operations within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility • Provide leadership, management, and guidance to all on-site personnel • Act as the primary liaison with Government representatives • Ensure consistent communication and alignment with mission requirements • Ensure deployed personnel coordinate operational activities through the local U.S. military chain of command • Oversee ground operations at the site, including daily mission coordination and operational support • Serve as the final operations approval authority for contractor activities • Maintain operational procedures and develop, ensure accuracy of, and submit operational reports • Support operations at locations where aircraft and ISR missions are conducted • Maintain electronic and hard copy products, reports, and records • Manage HII rotating personnel and contractor in-and-out processes • Coordinate with the HII Program Manager to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and deliverables within task order scope and approved budget • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience • Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience • Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience • 5+ years aviation experience • 5+ years of remote sensing operations • Logistics knowledge • Must have a valid U.S. Passport • Experience with airborne ISR operations and sensors • Ability to coordinate with U.S. military leadership and work effectively within a joint operational environment • Strong understanding of overseas contractor operations, personnel management, and deployment processes • Ability to manage complex operations under dynamic conditions • Ability to work in the USSOUTHCOM AOR on a rotational basis up to 90 days • Possess and maintain a Secret clearance • Fluent Spanish speaking preferred • Knowledge of secure military communication systems preferred • Previously flown and operated a small aircraft for extended periods of time preferred • Physical capability to climb ladders and tolerate confined spaces and extreme temperature variances
