Beschreibung

• Drive high-impact external communication initiatives for the Service Business Unit • Shape the external narrative through thought leadership and strategic projects • Elevate Service Business Unit leaders as recognized industry experts • Create content for media engagement and press activities • Lead global external communications initiatives supporting business objectives and brand reputation • Translate complex technical and strategic topics into clear, engaging narratives • Build partnerships with Business Unit leaders, Global Product Group teams, and regional communications colleagues • Create press releases, media materials, executive profiles, feature stories, and thought leadership content • Identify and secure external speaking opportunities, media coverage, and industry engagement initiatives • Work closely with the Head of Communications for Business Unit Service and the Global External Communications team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline • Significant experience in external communications, corporate communications, public relations, and media relations, ideally within the energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial sectors • Strong understanding of the energy landscape, including industry trends, grid modernization, and the evolving energy transition agenda • Proven experience managing communications within a complex, global matrix organization • Demonstrated success delivering high-profile communications campaigns in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Exceptional written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong strategic planning and communications consultancy skills • Experience developing and executing thought leadership, executive positioning, media relations, and reputation-building strategies at a regional or global level • Ability to work in a dynamic, international setting • Pre-employment background checks and security screenings may be required
