Beschreibung

• Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements • Maintain, modify, design, and implement new programs within existing systems • Make recommendations on improving these systems • Work with project management and architects on application design and development • Develop applications, components, and services using C#.NET and Microsoft web technologies to meet the business needs • Evaluate business requirements and processes to provide accurate estimates for development efforts • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents • Perform coding to written technical specifications and standards • Investigate, analyze and document reported defects • Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses • Provide reasonable and fair estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts, and projects • Keep current with software development trends, make suggestions, and take action on IT-related best practices, processes, and systems • Guide less senior team members in both technical aspects and people skills • Provide direction for new tools, technologies, and development approaches • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (DevOps, infrastructure, business) and communicate clearly to align on requirements, priorities, and deliver

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems • .NET certification highly recommended • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with a combination of C#.NET 8.0, ASP.NET , ASP.NET MVC,.NET Core, React, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Strong SQL skills (Oracle is preferred but not required) • Robust understanding of development lifecycle, SDLC processes, and guidelines • Must be able to work independently and efficiently within a diverse and fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Must have a solid understanding of enterprise architecture • Experience with third-party controls like Telerik ASP.NET controls is a plus • Experience developing applications using React.JS or React Native is a plus
