Beschreibung

• Lead QA delivery across three distinct platforms — Salesforce, Information Management, and Holman Small Business & Robotics • Oversee a team of 16–21 QA professionals • Drive quality strategy, accelerating automation adoption, and establishing data quality practices in alignment with the enterprise transformation roadmap • Own QA delivery and automation strategy across Salesforce, Data/API testing, and HSBS • Coordinate testing for software releases across all three platforms — ensuring planned scope is testable within sprint timelines • Create and assign test cases, identify and maintain regression suites, and actively manage team capacity • Partner with Engineering and Product to adjust schedules or scope when needed and escalate or resolve release blockers • Drive adoption of modern test automation tooling and frameworks • Establish data quality testing practices for lower environments • Define and own platform-level quality metrics; recommend and implement process improvements across the delivery lifecycle • Supervise and develop QA team members • Conduct regular 1:1s, support individual development plans, and perform performance reviews • Serve as the primary QA point of contact for various stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline • 6+ years of IT/QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity • QA certification preferred (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or License & Compliance workflows preferred • Experience with data quality testing — API, file extract, or data pipeline validation (Azure Data Lake or equivalent) • Demonstrated ability to lead automation adoption across multiple teams • Familiarity with modern test automation tools (Playwright, Karate, AccelQ, Tosca, or equivalent) • Experience working across platforms with distinct technology stacks and operating models
