Beschreibung

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and perform product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections to review work quality and ensure industry construction standards are followed • Conduct service provider badging checks • Meet with customers to ensure the installation experience meets The Home Depot standards • Communicate regularly with customers and resolve open questions, job changes, complaints, and in-process issues • Resolve scope-of-work changes, add-labor items, material needs, open services, and Care Tickets • Manage all jobs within the assigned area and product category • Document job scope changes and manage timely closure of open services • Initiate change-of-scope requests to improve job life-cycle timelines • Use reporting and related systems to support customer experience and installation accuracy • Report to the District Installation Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Construction or home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience managing residential home improvement installation projects preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem-solving and multitasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills focused on partnerships • Must be able to perform intermittent continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment • Must tolerate regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors
