Beschreibung

• The Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit position serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth. • Responsible for mentoring and leading a team of analysts and/or senior analysts. • Acccountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate trade credit transactions. • Continuously improving operational processes to achieve departmental goals. • Provide coaching to team members and support their development of business and technical skills. • Drive execution in collaboration with the team on departmental and strategic projects. • Collaborate with project/product managers, balance personal workload, present continuous improvement insights and recommendations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field of study related to the job • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills • Experience with data analytics / data visualization • Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired • Previous people or project team management experience
