Beschreibung

• Design and deliver production-grade agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas • Take agents from rough first versions through production deployment and traffic • Scope, build, ship, and maintain agents and their evaluations • Contribute to full-stack development • Use Honeycomb’s high-cardinality data store to build agents capable of cross-service correlation, trace investigation, and deployment comparisons • Extend Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills with memory, spatial awareness, and improved Bedrock-loop performance • Define measurable, maintainable agent quality standards and communicate their limitations • Explore projects such as collaborative agents, automatic SLO-burn investigations, and domain-specific skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience shipping LLM-based systems relied on in production • Knowledge of agent system failure modes and how to design around them • Ability to take work from rough prototype to production-grade independently • Informed opinions about changes in agent design over the last six to twelve months • Understanding of agent architecture and how fast, high-cardinality data stores affect agent reasoning • Product judgment demonstrated through prototypes • Observability or developer-tools background is advantageous • Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering is advantageous • Must verify identity and eligibility to work • Honeycomb cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers
