Beschreibung

• Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in manufacturing processes • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies • Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive cost efficiencies within the external casting and forging supply chain • Report directly to the Director Supplier Development Engineer • Recruit talent, identify and develop successors, driving retention and engagement, and foster an inclusive culture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics • Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization with 3+ years of experience working in casting manufacturing • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Must have experience working with, Investment casting, Sand casting, Single crystal, Directionally solidified, Equifax, Ceramic core, Permanent mold, Inconel • Must have deep knowledge of investment casting and the associated manufacturing processes.
