Beschreibung

• Under the direction of Leadership, the IT Applications Analyst is responsible to empower our community through the continuous development, deployment, and support of vendor proprietary enterprise application software. • The Application Analyst supports software that is necessary to run clinical, financial, or business systems within a large integrated health system. • This position works on the analysis of existing and proposed vendor supplied software functionality to determine if the software conforms to current health system workflow processes. • The Application Analyst is a high performing individual who collaborates with business operations to understand and define system requirements to develop innovative solutions meeting the customers' needs. • The Application Analyst is responsible to understand and conform to HonorHealth's project and change management methodologies and may be responsible for leading low to moderate complexity projects leveraging this framework. • This position requires an on-call rotation facilitating off hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Epic Lumens/OpTime certification Preferred • Associates or 2 years' work related experience Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or related field Required • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or related field Preferred • 3 years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of the standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and development of application software necessary to run the healthcare systems business, clinical or financial systems. Required • 5 years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of the standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and development of application software necessary to run the healthcare systems business, clinical or financial systems. Preferred • Certification for assigned application should be obtained within designated timeframe per policy. Required • Epic Certification - Certificate, Training and/or certification in assigned application.
