Beschreibung

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Engine’s payments and fintech products, including payment acceptance, card issuing, and underlying financial infrastructure • Expand payments capabilities through new payment methods, card programs, and financial partners • Partner with Business Development and Product leaders to shape and land partnerships • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, CX, and sales from ideation through post-launch • Use AI in daily product work and build AI-native payment and spend-management experiences • Represent Payments in executive conversations, cross-functional forums, and customer deep dives • Evolve and expand Engine’s payments platform to support acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with technical or platform products • Experience owning complex backend systems end to end • Experience shipping products relied on by other teams and customers • Direct payments, credit card, or fintech experience is a bonus, not required • Hands-on exposure to payment acceptance, card issuing, authorization, settlement, or reconciliation is a bonus • Technical depth in architecture, tradeoffs, and system design • Ability to conduct technical reviews and turn ambiguity into a clear plan • Ability to build and scale cross-functional systems with a long-term perspective • Customer-focused product design, including understanding how infrastructure affects customer experience • Daily use of AI tools and a clear perspective on AI’s impact on product teams and payments • Experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows • Builder mindset; hands-on and collaborative
