Beschreibung

• Manage federal and state Income Tax compliance, including the preparation, review and filing of required returns. • Prepare and oversee income tax accounting for the company’s legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. • Evaluate, design, and implement company processes and internal controls to strengthen compliance, reporting and operational efficiency. • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the company’s Parent organization. • Manage federal and state income tax Audits, serving as the primary point of contact with taxing authorities. • Ensure company-wide adherence to established tax policies, regulations and procedures. • Collaborate with leadership to identify, scope and lead ad-hoc strategic and special projects. • Coordinate and respond to data requests from outside auditors and accounting firms. • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and ongoing tax and finance operations. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Tax Director.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred. • Minimum five (5) years of progressive professional experience in tax operations across multiple disciplines. • Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial systems and applications (D365, AI-enabled tools). • Experience in the telecommunications/cable industry highly preferred. • Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English. • Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management. • Experience with property and/or sales tax is a plus.
