Beschreibung

• Provide infrastructure support for the US region • Support local cloud, data centre, and network infrastructure • Maintain the availability and support of hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure • Provide escalation support to the Group IT Service Desk • Ensure production service changes follow change control • Produce and update systems documentation • Conduct root cause analysis after unplanned disruptions • Perform problem management for recurring incidents affecting business services • Use incident management systems to identify trends and systematically gather information for troubleshooting and resolution • Support business units with their use of IT systems • Respond to business unit requirements • Take ownership of issues and provide users with updates • Maintain current records in Group and Company systems • Interpret instructions and implement actions according to policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with Group and Company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and anti-bribery procedures • Continuously develop skills and knowledge • Develop others where responsible for their performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience working as a cloud/infrastructure engineer or in similar IT roles • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 • Extensive experience with multi-site and multi-forest Active Directory environments, Group Policy, and DNS • Extensive experience with patch management, mobile device management, and monitoring systems • Extensive experience with Windows desktop troubleshooting • Extensive experience with cloud, server, desktop, network, and telephony providers • Extensive experience working with datacenters • Good knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, dynamic routing, MPLS, and firewall management • Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, and CATO SD-WAN experience preferred • Good knowledge of IT security practices, event logging, and alerting tools • Good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, including Windows Server 2022, 2019, 2016, and 2012 • Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy • Good knowledge of SCCM and patching • Good knowledge of Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V • Good knowledge of Azure • Experience with Office 365/CoreView • Experience scripting, such as PowerShell • Experience with antivirus technologies such as Tanium/CrowdStrike • Knowledge of identity management solutions such as Entra ID • Knowledge of proxy services such as Netskope • Knowledge of Keyfactor PKI and certificate lifecycle management • Experience administering and supporting Imperva security solutions, including WAF • Demonstrated examples of similar successful positions • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector • High level of customer service and empathy • Excellent verbal and written communication • Spanish is highly desirable • Ability to collaborate with teams, management, and business leaders
