• Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV channel partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention and alignment with strategic business objectives. • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of partner performance, revenue growth and sales pipeline opportunities. • Create, review and analyze monthly financial reports, residual reports and performance dashboards. • Analyze existing channel partners portfolio to identify margin optimization opportunities including potential price increases. • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, establish goals and create and execute go-to-market initiatives. • Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions for each partner’s industry or their competitors to make pricing recommendations and create pricing proposals for their merchant base. • Assist with creating and helping to manage and execute both a strategic and tactical sales plan to guide and achieve Channel Partners’ Payment and SaaS revenue goals for current and new books of business.
• BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience. • Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager or Account Manager. • Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills necessary. • Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel. • Ability to understand others through advanced listening and comprehension skills. • Understanding of Credit Card Processing and Sales process. • Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed.
