Beschreibung

• Manage and maintain Windows server environments, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management. • Ensure systems are patched, up-to-date, and secure. • Provide technical support for Windows-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and availability. • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Windows platforms and applications. • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and IT resources. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, configurations, processes, and service records. • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams and external clients, collaborating on IT solutions that align with business objectives. • Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to systems and processes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in Windows administration, including expertise in managing Windows Server environments and supporting Windows-based applications. • Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure services, and security principles. • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues. • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
