Beschreibung

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and sourcing pipelines • Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including requirements development, market assessment, competitive events, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and implementation support • Negotiate complex software, SaaS, cloud, data, and technology-enabled services agreements • Advise senior business and technology leaders on sourcing strategies, market dynamics, supplier options, commercial risk, and trade-offs • Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, Procurement Operations, and other stakeholders • Evaluate and manage strategic suppliers across the contract lifecycle • Deliver value through cost optimization, demand management, supplier consolidation, contractual protections, process improvement, and supplier-enabled innovation • Develop financial analyses, business cases, negotiation strategies, savings forecasts, and executive-ready recommendations • Monitor healthcare technology and supplier-market trends for emerging risks and opportunities • Promote preferred suppliers, procurement policies, sourcing processes, and contract standards • Coach peers and advance consistent category-management and sourcing practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience • Eight or more years of progressive experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or a closely related field • Experience sourcing, negotiating, or managing healthcare technology solutions, or comparable complex technology in a highly regulated industry • Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, cloud, data, and technology-enabled services agreements • Strong understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management • Ability to incorporate business, clinical, regulatory, privacy, security, data, and integration considerations into sourcing decisions • Ability to advise and influence senior business and technology leaders and translate business requirements into sourcing strategies • Experience managing strategic supplier performance, contractual commitments, commercial risks, renewals, and value realization throughout the contract lifecycle • Strong financial and business acumen, including pricing model evaluation, business case development, total cost analysis, and communication of financial and commercial implications • Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presence, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to analyze multifaceted information, draw sound conclusions, make recommendations, and operate independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time hours • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
