Beschreibung

• Evaluate new business use cases and engagement opportunities against existing Next Best Action capabilities • Identify capability gaps and emerging needs across channels, lines of business, products, and member interactions • Translate business objectives, customer needs, and operational challenges into scalable platform capabilities • Identify common patterns and recommend reusable solutions that improve scalability and reduce duplication • Define and manage features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities • Manage decisioning logic, eligibility criteria, prioritization frameworks, business rules, constraints, and governance controls • Partner with engineering, architecture, analytics, and user experience teams on solution approaches, dependencies, technical tradeoffs, and implementation • Own and prioritize product backlogs for assigned NBA scrum teams • Serve as Product Owner, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, work acceptance, and requirements clarification • Evaluate competing priorities, technical investments, platform improvements, and dependencies • Translate enterprise roadmap priorities and decisioning strategy into delivery plans and platform investments • Establish and monitor product success measures using adoption, utilization, delivery, and stakeholder feedback metrics • Lead cross-functional discussions and align business, technology, operations, and product stakeholders • Partner with data science, analytics, and business teams to evolve decisioning strategies • Champion product management best practices, consistent execution, transparency, and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in product management, decisioning platforms, personalization technologies, marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, or related disciplines • Experience managing software products or platform capabilities through the full product development lifecycle • Experience translating complex business requirements into product strategies, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development backlogs • Experience partnering with software engineering, architecture, user experience, analytics, quality assurance, and business teams to deliver technology solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to evaluate competing priorities and make informed product tradeoff decisions • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across business needs, technical requirements, platform investments, and operational considerations • Experience using data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap recommendations • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence decisions without direct authority • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
