Beschreibung

• Own the OpenText Migration strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals and member experience objectives • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, configuration, and deployment of personalized communications • Oversee platform governance for personalization rules, data, brand, and content standards • Serve as a subject matter expert for OpenText capabilities and mentor others on composition and execution best practices • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and MarTech teams to ensure platform scalability and integration • Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making • Configure operational and regulatory communications using approved templates and content within designated platforms • Develop and deploy personalized, dynamic communications standards using OpenText Communications • Interpret requirements with strategy teams and business partners and translate them into template development • Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide guidance on composition and development processes • Conduct defect analysis, identify root causes, and implement resolutions • Maintain documentation, version control, and audit trails for platform changes and updates • Participate in quality assurance reviews and contribute to process improvements • Deliver personalized communications that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes • Enable scalable capabilities for complex document composition requirements • Drive innovation in marketing operations by aligning technology with strategic priorities • Foster collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field or work equivalent • 7+ years of hands-on experience with dynamic document creation using OpenText Communications • Strong knowledge of document composition, including layouts, style sheets, variables, repeating data tables, and document flow • Experience with logical coding concepts (e.g., IF/THEN/ELSE, loops) • Understanding of driver file mapping and variable mapping for logic and document creation • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines • Experience with defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Proven leadership in product management and cross-functional team collaboration • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat • Content Developer experience in Smart Communications • Background in heavily regulated industries (e.g., healthcare or financial services) • Knowledge of CMS Medicare and Medicaid requirements • Experience with marketing operations, fulfillment processes, and Agile methodologies • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
